Admissions

Eligibility for Enrollment

MBA Program:

Students who have successfully completed or expect to successfully complete a minimum three years Bachelor degree or equivalent securing at least 2 CGPA or 45% aggregate score in any discipline from a college/university recognized by Nepal government are eligible to apply for admission into CGIM MBA program.

Bachelor Level Programs:

Students who have successfully completed or expect to successfully complete a minimum two years Plus Two degree or equivalent securing at least 2 CGPA or 45% aggregate score in any discipline from a school/college/university recognized by Nepal government are eligible to apply for admission into CGIM Bachelor level programs, namely, BIT with Technopreneurship (Hons) and BSc (Hons) in Information Technology.

Subject to these criteria, students who hold the following degrees will also be eligible to apply for admission into the programs.

A Level
Any other diploma/certification course validated by Nepal government as equivalent to a two years Plus Two degree

Enrollment Procedure

To apply for enrollment into CGIM programs, candidates should submit duly filled in application form in hard copy or apply online. Hard copy application form can be collected from CGIM Admissions Office at Minbhawan. For online application, please click on APPLY ONLINE button.

As a part of the application, candidates are required to furnish copies of the following documents along with three recent passport size color photographs, and make payment of NRs. 500 as Application Processing Fee.

MBA Program:

Academic Transcript and Character Certificate of SEE, Plus Two and Bachelor level.
Migration Certificate of Plus Two and Bachelor level
Citizenship Certificate (for Nepali nationals)
Passport (for foreign nationals)

Bachelor Level Programs:

Academic Transcript and Character Certificate of SEE and Plus Two
Migration Certificate of Plus Two
Citizenship Certificate (for Nepali nationals)
Passport (for foreign nationals)

Selection
Criteria

Candidates will be offered admission to the program based on past academic performance and scores in Entrance Examination and Personal Interview.

The entrance examination will consist of multiple choice objective questions in the following four areas.
